Loan programs
Loan programs
A P&L loan lets self-employed borrowers qualify using a profit and loss statement for their business, prepared by a licensed CPA or tax preparer, in place of tax returns. It can be a simpler path when your business is growing or your returns don't reflect current income.
Who it's for
What to know
Income comes from a profit and loss statement prepared by a licensed professional, rather than your tax returns.
Some programs need only the P&L plus limited supporting documents, such as recent bank statements.
P&L loans have their own requirements for credit, reserves and property type. I'll review them with you early.
Not all borrowers will qualify. Programs subject to credit approval, eligibility and underwriting guidelines.
